How to Gain Control and Exert Influence in a Chaotic Retail Environment

The Woodlands, Texas (September 16, 2015) – Stew Bishop, President and CEO of Customer Marketing Group, Inc. (CMG), will present a logical understanding of, and practical solutions to, the most complex problems currently facing natural and organic brands during the Natural Products Business School at Expo East. Bishop will cover the challenges of building out national distribution, effectively managing trade spending, tackling varying retailer strategies, and ultimately how to gain more control and exert the maximum amount of influence to manage one’s trade budget most effectively and efficiently.

Through knowledge and experience gained in over 30 years in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, Bishop understands how these issues can create chaos beyond imagination. Bishop will advocate why he believes in a model of service supported by systems as the most effective approach with retail customers in the ever challenging retail environment.

Held at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland, Expo East takes place Wednesday, September 16th through Saturday, September 19th. The conference is attended by over 22,000 professionals within the natural, organic and healthy products industry. For more information on the conference including registration, visit
